Ice Blader

Hi guys,

a friend of mine is starting Csro too (he has got iSRO experience so I didn't have to explain it all) but he wants to make an ice blader. someone can give some help here? He knows he will start the ice tree for the ice imbue and some def buffs, but should he use fire or lightning for buffs?

won't he be to slow if he doesn't learn light buffs?
could you guys also give me the 300 skill lvls, how to split them?
does he learn both light and fire (with light a bit) or only fire

as blader he needs fire the most!!! fire got passive buff wich increase your phy attacks and a aktive buff wich increase your phy attack power.
both together will be about 18% (9% passive and 9% aktive).
also the fire imbue is the strongest imbue in silkroad.

ice is only for phy def and maybe imbue (freeze players)... but as full str you dont really need ice.

it would be better to take fire/light/bicheon and all 3 masterys at lvl 100 or special builds like fire/force/bicheon.

yeah i think the same as bubu, as a blader you need some dmg output and this can only be achieved with the fire imbue, active and passive buffs
then you can choose 100lightning or 80l lightning and 20ice for snow shield or anything you like

if ur friend want to do Fire ( that is my option ) He need to play with knockdowns ( knockdowner ) and he must fo this " 100 Fire . 100 Bich . 100 light "
If Cold He must play with combos and do this , 100 cold . 100 bich . 50 light . 50 fire

blader dont need parry or speed if he want stronger char its better to put 100 ice not light,ice gives him more psy def and snow he will be more protected from sun players 60% snow

Well, my friend is ratherly interested in being very good in mob killing and random pvp(not to much I suppose), but he really wants to use ice (cause he is a fan of the combos) , I know his damage is alot lower, but would it be bad to start off with ice imbue, and switch it to fire, and just keep the ice buffs? Since the lightning buffs aren't to necessary?

Can you guys also say which type of armor he should use? He started off with protector, is this good enough if he wants to start with ice imbue?

the problem with mob killing is that he is daaamn slow without speed skills
so u need REALLY to wear garment then to get at least a 20% speed boost
prot or armor will be useless because u get so much phys def due to the ice buffs and your full str build
in my opinion is ice not very useful for farming mobs so he should go either a nuker with ice or sth else but a blader with ice versus mobs is imho "bullshit", cause u do low dmg, low movespeed (due to no lightning) so u will need years to lvl up later ^^

and if he switches imbue at lvl 45, is that ok?
hmm I'm wondering if he uses protector and pick 50 light 50 fire for beginning and he doesn't like the dmg, he makes fire 100 and ice 50 or lower so he gains extra speed. Better?

its his decision in the end
if he really wants to be and ice blader he can do this but this is only a very strong pvp build if he has good equip he is nearly unkillable

Ok, but even in pvp his damage would be low, no?

I'll tell him to make fire 100 bich 100 light 52 ice 48 (according to buffs)
if that's good (cause that is kind of what I could read out off the replies) . If you still got some tips to make a skill tree lower, u can always post here. As also is there a blade skill guide? (what he should be learning).

guys the cold skills isn't for str chars , it just make ur phy def much better , but why to use , u are str no need ..

Hmm.. here's my lil opinion.. I will vote for ice blader.. since dey r cool n combo r fantastic.. n the skill r.. Bic 100 ( main mastery ) , Ice 100 ( main imbue ) n freezing r good ... when ppl casting spell .. n u r lucky enuff to freeze dem.. d skill will stop casting .. ^^... n 50 fire / 50 light.. or just + fire till 48 to get d 2nd rank of flame body.. xD..
