ISRO is not CSRO both game are relase by different company so its up to them what they do... for CSRO any of europ/american method of payments are forbbiden (work just post or Western Union to send money to China)... So to buy anything for csro you need to have paypal (for silks buying) or Chinese friend who can buy for you things what you want to get...
