is there anyway to give back all sp point that i have use????

Not all sp.. u can do the curst heart quest multiple times as you could know... they are able to get by grinding, another possibility is "item mall"

altough i think these are the only ways (or something like a premium, but don't know the exclusive use)

Yes, there is a way to do this it cost 15 silk for 5 skills. It is called Skill Edit Potion you can purchase these through the item mall.

The Curst Heart quest takes away 20% I think of the sp you gain back. You have to collect 10 hearts to create 1 potion and it cost to delvl the skill. You can get this quest from any town just visit the Potion NPC.

You get the quest at lvl 20.
