What i like, what i dont like

Here in this topic you can post your suggestion or what you like or dont like to have our website and forum.

We want everyone use our website and forum, to be easy to find anything he/she want.
We want to have everything.
We want to be your home site.

At the last is your website is your forum, is website/forum for all cSRO players and we do always our best to do everything we need here.

We all thank you for your support.

i dont like the forum being so crowded with stuff. but i guess you can't do much about this.
also, there's no connection between the forum and the website, but this again is hard to change.

besides that i still love this place

you plans are good but also try that new things like stall network to have a DB and a login form whit same id and pw like forum...or/and u should find a solution that ppl have ingame nick as id here 100% sure and a domain in profile whit server and div,cuz that will decrese the number of forms needed so the site will be easy to browse(exemple:log into site(same id and pw here-same DB and at best of week u have to put only link,on upcoming stall network u wont need to write server,char etc anymore just log on website(cuz this infos will automaticaly geting from forum by a script or something)).

EDIT:about to change the nivlam from isro to csro u can ask Waa for his calculators.as i know he have that csronivlam whit chn,euro calculator and sp gaps.and tryto find nivlam higher than only 8D cuz ppl wont use it if u dont have all the max caps

I know that Rage but really we need all these stuff asn u know too.
We got a button on menu in this forum to connect in our website.

Stall network will be in db and yes u have to connect, yes we do that all about div servers etc.
What u say about db same with this forum is not possible, this is a free forum and they dont give me access to db or to give me this db.
Thinked many times to create forum in our website but is very hard to move/copy all this stuff from here to there, also all members have to register again.
Need months to move/copy this stuff.
About Nivlam, added already till 11dg items but not SON items.
Didnt changed SP yet from iSRO to cSRO.
Asked already Waa about it, didnt got any answer till now.

About the website and forum. Here below is my opinion.

1. The information is good. The answer is friendly and it helps.
2. The design is messy, too colourful, too many info menu's. People can miss them easily cuz the page is full. I like simple and clean style. We can have only necessary head menu's like home, forum, useful links, info, hot news....

and if you want more players to come look the forums, the first page can contain the screenshot they send. The best shot or the best vdo of the week. And the important news should appear always clearly. You did it already but the page is full so we see it hardly.

Btw, thanks for making this website. Hard work i know. And about the map project, I'll send a file to your e-mail. I think that way is easy for the whole map to look and find any place.

cant you ask the hosts of this forum to send you a backup of all the data?
that way, it will be easier to put up your own forum. if you want, i'll send an email to the hosters of this forum and will explain what we need. just let me know if you're not sure if you can do it urself

About your second thing, "too colorful?" about forum or about website?
If is about website, as i said i already change whole website, when is done i will uploaded to the original domain.

Forumotion is not a forum software, it is a remotely
hosted script that allows you to create forum and manage the front end
things.

Since it is not a 'software' like phpBB or MyBB etc it won't allow you to access the program files or the [b]database[/b].

A: It is your forum but Forumotion doesn't allow [b]database[/b] access to anyone. It is the policy of Forumotion.

The French laws state that the owner of the [b]DataBase[/b] have the right to allows their user(s) the access to it, and the ForuMotion has disallowed us to access & use it ;)

In the ToS you agreed to not being able to access the DB as well, may I note :)

Forumotion is a free forum host and do not offer access
to their data base or members to keep or maintain forums data. The same
way facebook,myspace and many other free sites do not offer their data.
If you are looking for sites that you can keep and manage all of your
data then you will have to get a paid forum that allow this.. like Paid
phpbb or V-bulletin as a couple examples.

I mean both the website and the forum. For example the website's front page, the first colour tone we see is like black and red, but when we look down we'll see dark blue, orange, green... etc. In my opionion, if the page already contains various colours from many links, the main colour should be only one or two. If more, it must be very light. And the background shouldn't have any texture on it. This's what I say "messy" and easy to miss things we wanna find.

bout DB database problem:
i think just they are retards...as u said is ur forum...u can try to move topics whit some ppl(ill help you if u need) then about accounts idk much..but u can try to put a script or something at login that copy their info accounts...and they u copy paste it to new forum's DB(idk if is posibly).and u can delete then all on this forum...and put a only 1 post whit a link on description to the new forum.and i u can do new forum in phpBB(but a serious version not like this) or myBB(i can help u whit myBB too,if u need).u must find a solution to move forum..

i had some forums(first was on this kind of "generator" for forums and i moved like 3 times untill i find the best free host and instaled there myBB)....

U CAN DO IT..and for sure u will find some help at some users

Thank you very much, already we try to find out on how we can get our db, if at the last cant get it, yes we gonna move and members has to register again.

Csro is a nice and good game and with program Ipmana without lag but there is a gift the only problem is the conversation between Chinese and European players.It is very hard to sell something when you give a global and in the party is very hard to explain why buffs you need or what you do,so it would be very good for us (players) and GM if there was a way for European players to understand what say Chinese players or vice versa.

i been playing for over 5 years and never had this problem.... i think you need to read the section of chinese short forms and basic chinese language.... found here on our forum

I don't play on servar Goldan Age , i play on World Battle and here 90% ar chinese players and... little know english

makes no difference... if they can speak english... you just need to learn basic chinese... and then you can speak to them... O... and FYI I have not played on Golden Age for mths....
