I have problem with my account. I recalled there was no password and e-mail it to please order some chinese helper helped me. I have ID old pasword nick server email secret answer date at cid location

What you can do (I did this lots of times and I'm Polish too) go to Csro forum and start new topic (use Google Chrome to translate it) and using Google translate explain them your problem to. They will answer in seconds

Mam taki problem ze raz stracilem chara i Wang mi go odzyskal . Potem chcialem zmienic haslo i nie dalo sie to przypomnialem haslo i wlasnie nie doszlo na email i chce zeby ktos mi pomogl mam do konta ID stare haslo email date z cidu location i mam nazwe po chinsku ale sa 2 mozliwosci w niej sa 2 lub 3 litery zkopiowane z rejstracji

wojtekpl---- I have a problem I lost my char, but Wang recover it. I tried to change my password but couldn't do it so I asked them to send my password via email, but they didn't send it. I have all information such as ID, old PW, email, date from cid, location and I have Chinesse char name, bur there are 2 possibilities because I copied 2 or 3 letters from registration.
