Event in our Forum

First topic message reminder :

Because of servers are closed for 3 days i saw all are spam our forum Event in our Forum - Page 7 Icon_biggrin

From today and for 10 days we will have Event in our forum.
What u need is ONLY Photoshop or something like this.
We need some banners or any screen like our banner on the head of our forum.

What u have write on it is:

Our forum's name
Our forum's Link
Screens about SRO
If it is animation is better

Also we need Signatures (banners).

After you made one and posted here, all members will vote about which is the best.

And the winners will get few gifts from me. cheers

i only added fading effect to the guy with the sword (1st pic) forgot to add fading when i export it to animated gif file i'll add that later Smile

atm it's 2 fps any suggested fps?

I don't whant to be rude but it wasn't better if the images only appeard on day 10, because we can see them or we can see somethings that we didn't post to be a surprise and then someone comes and shows that idea destroing the surprise.

I'm afraid that by revealing ideas we are just causing trouble to everyone, by exposing the hard work and the surprise that we expect...

Just a thought

I don't understand your response.
if u mean why did I post these pics so late it was because I was in Texas visiting my Grandfather who has cancer.
These pics were meant for everyone to use their own creativity to make something astonishing from it if they were able to use them.

If you meant why should everyone show off their banner in public view thats optional I am sure you can send them to the admins.

Not all ideas cause trouble infact this should help you thrive to create something even better than before. Theres nothing wrong w/ sharing your ideas it helps create new ones.

And btw you don't have to worry about me being in the competition I don't even play sro anymore ^_^
The pic.s I posted were for starters or ppl who were having trouble getting a banner started.

I only get cautious becuse I participate in contests like this one and I have been called a copy-cat and a burglar and I even get desqualified in one contest, and since then I decided to play safe.
But I think that this isnt going to hapen in this forum but let's play safe than sorry...

Anyone can use the same ideas aslong as they are in some way modified and not the same banner. If you post the same banner as GRA then yeah we will say you know hey we can't accept that banner because we don't know who to give credit to. But if you have a different banner that is similar then its not copying another person you just generally had the same concept but it isn't necessarily the same.

You are not obligated to use any of the material you see before you. But you may use it as long as you don't steal another persons work.

Example of a way that isn't considered a disqualification

Person #1 Has a banner of 2 chipmunks making whoopy in a sweaty shoe.
Person #2 Uses a banner w/ 2 chipmunks aswell but they are smoking a cigarette.. Then turnsaround and make whoopy in a sweaty show.

See they change there thats not the same.

Now example of a bad banner

Person #1 Makes a banner of Redbull and Vodka with a shiny gleam on the tip of the glass.
Person #2 Makes the same banner same pic same gleam its identical.

But make sure you give credit to your resources. So it isn't considered plagiarism

guys, you can't use images from the ksro site without editing them!
if you don't edit them hard enough, then you steal...
and they can sue you for that (no really, they can...)
and most of the posted works here are all including copyrighted materials so i just want to tell you, watch out okay Wink

lol unless you're profiting from their artwork (real money) , i don't think it's worth sueing anybody

I like the last one but it needs to be a little bit slower it is hard to read the writing because it changes to quickly.
