- For those of you who won the event prizes, please write following information and send it to pay2@joymax.com
1. ID(account) containing the winning character name and server
2. Full Address(including country for air mail purpose)
3. Correct Email Address for contacting purpose
4. Full Name of the prize receiver
5. Emergency Contact Number if there is any problem at your side
- Above information has to be sent to pay2@joymax.com by the 27th of November, 2009.
If we don't receive information by this time, your name could be removed from the winners list.
- When you send above information to pay2@joymax.com,
the title must be Idea Competition event Winner Information, and a
character name and a server name have to be identical to one you used
in Idea Competition event.
- If your information is not correct or matching with account information, your name could be removed from the winners list.

After correct information has been confirmed, any products that have
left South Korea to winners, Joymax does not have any obligation
related to stealing, missing, and damaging on the prizes.
