2. Valid photo identification (which has not expired) revealing your
name and address that matches the billing address of your PayPal
information.
3. Utility bill that matches your billing information.

Because you wanted to buy cards for more then 30$.

You must fax them the authorization form that is below, a ID copy (can be a passport) with your address that match with the Paypal information and a copy of a bill with your name and address (electricity
bill, phone bill).

So is this another way to purchase Silk? Using Game cards offered by OffGamers?
I've been planning to buy Silk recently and its kinda hard for me without having Paypal because I dont have a Creditcard.

Hmm.. But it OffGamers has a wide variety of payments not only by Paypal to purchase points.. And I believe these points can be converted to Silk which is 10point = 1silk? If im not mistaken..

Offgamers is good and cheap

But sometimes it realy sucks.
I'm waiting like 19hours for my card and nothing happend.

I always use CN-USA and never had any problem.

Offgamers is still better. Cheaper and reliable. I've never had a problem with them.

@ 0x33 I suggest doing a live chat with someone form offgamers. They will fix your problem in a jiffy.

@Sylphy: I chat whit the live support. They say, they only think you can do is wait sir.

This is a kind of bullshit. Some friends they buy whit offgamers too.
The cards from my friends are already there after 5minutes.
They havn't a problem but me. Its ridiculous...
