Well, from what a heard Golden Age and Great Dream on division 1 are good servers. And if you pick a server randomly don't pick Ocean on division 2. The server is corrupted and there're a lot of scammer/hackers there, there is a large English community and a lot of plvling parties...but trust me, everyone is AFK 24/7 or they are running their bots.
