We always try our best to helps, but to spam whole forum first of all it cant helps u at all, also we can helps u.
Everyone post problems from Merged servers on other topics will gonna deleted without any answer.

As we said already, give some time to CIMO, there is Chinese player who has the same problems too.

then click the only button on this page,

the old date and vip will work in the new server later, and old dates will cover the dates you have now
no matter you are vip or normal flagship, it will work for all characters.


Ps. all the people who want to transform the old flagship to this new server you should do that too.
you can get the old exp and sp you can get from the old server

and i report all the charaters who has problems about characters and items or account to gms already, about 18 characters. and lets wait for their reply.

and if you have characters on both servers they will give you a new ID click here to check it :

Well. GM answered: log in this site http://passport.srocn.com/userlogin.asp?reason=noauth to check your new ID ,it should be sro+6numbrs. and you will find your characters at here, and your items it should be on the old account , so check all.

Hello wangchao..I did it..to the new ID..

But..what happen now with my silks and my Red diamonds?

I have now my char lvl 100 in account sro_+7 numbers but there i haven't my silks,my red diamonds,and i did need change name because a lvl 1 was in my real account..

And now.. i was about to buy the flagship vip what would have happened? this is a differente account..

i want my char in my old account :S

For what change the name? i can't chan the ID.. my char is in other ID..

cimo must move my char to my old account..with my flagship,silks,red diamond,etc..

because it has same in both server , it should be only in this new server , so you have to change, and flagship vip you can change it to your new server

i dont get it man...when i enter on the site and i log in with the old id and pw , it takes me to the page where i can create a new account...so where im wrong ? can you explain me what i need to do to get the new id please ? or somebody who managed how it works

I am not on their company to know what ever they do or what they gonna do, i reported that and wait their answers.

This is not problem of merged servers, try to change your CID.
