Well, I started playing tSRO. I have not experienced any lag what so ever and the rates are apparently x2.5. So, if anyone wants to join me I just started a Chinese character and my in game name is Fayten. You can find out the server info at the end of this guide.

1. Go the Register page here
2. Than fill all fields in .. look at the following Screenshot:

3. After it .. accept all

4. Then you have to wait for a email with a code
5. At last you have to activate your account with this code.. look here

6. Then you have to register a game acc .. first you login here

7. After the login you'll be here .. there you have to create your account

8. You can make 5 game accounts.

9. And now just enter your ID and PW

And you're done!

Use this to translate the game to English(you must launch silkroad from this every time for it to translate)

The international community seems to be centered in this server.


How to buy Points
Buy your game card here.

Once you have your card go to https://www.mycard520.com.tw/mycardstore/store.aspx?gameid=gamon

After that you chose silkroad(the one that's highlighted):


Next type in your gamon id/e-mail and gamon password.


If everything turned out ok you'll be sent to this page and you just have to press the button with the big G(gamon logo).


Now you have points, woot!

How to convert Points to Silk (DO AT YOUR OWN RISK HAS NOT BEEN TESTED YET)
First log into your gamon account https://secure.gamon.net/

Then go here https://secure.gamon.net/App/ItemShop/itemshop_product_list_SRO.aspx#SRO-2

Select the amount of silk you want:


Just press confirm.



Finish the conversion


And now you have silk. (I think) ;D

As I said earlier try at your own risk.

Can someone move this to other silkroad versions guides and tutorials and sticky it lol.

I heard that a while ago they had banned the international players, or was that a different version? It's quite odd that it wouldn't lag there, since that is quite close to china, no?^^

Yes, tsro did ban all international. However, this is a new company running tsro and I guess they don't have a problem with us.

Also the lag issue is weird. I lag worse in iSRO and cSRO.

Is there a way to buy silk? I use way to many scrolls and stuff to go with out.. hehe.... I am to lazy to walk any where...

I'll add a "How to buy silk" part when I find out how too. I know there is a way though.

Found a way to buy points and how to convert the points into silk. I'm going to add that right now. BY THE WAY silk is EXPENSIVE.
