[GUIDE]SREmu TUTORIAL

SREmu is a emulator by Darkinc.

I will show you how you can download the open source of this emulator.

Download this tool: Click Here
Install SVN then:
1. Go to

Code:

Start->Run->Type cmd

2. Type

Code:

cd Desktop

, now press enter
3. Now type

Code:

svn co http://svn.darkinc.net/srvb/

4. Now you have the open source in your PC.
If you don't have VB6(Virtual Basic 6) to compile it, you can download it pre-compiled here.You need to be registered to download from sremu.org)

Go To Windows>System32>driver>etc>edit hosts with notepad

There Write after:

Code:

127.0.0.1 local host

This :

Code:

127.0.0.1 gwgt1.joymax.com
127.0.0.1 gwgt2.joymax.com

Now download SRO_Client.exe !!! DON'T REPLACE IT IF YOU PLAY ISRO!!!here(You need to be registered to download from sremu.org)

You can create for fun your own server, it is not completed yet so u dont have to do anything in game, but u are alone

if i try this will i have to reinstall csro after i am done?.. because i am pretty bored waiting for the servers to come back.. lol

keep getting this error when opening the client



i already updated my graphic drivers and directx to 9c

this is the same thing that i am getting... any one have ideas on how to fix this?

this is all ive been playing all day lol, yea you need to go into the account and change the X,Y section (spawn point when you go into the game) www.sremu.org has all the coordinates... im only havin one proble, my char attacks things when it wants to??? lol sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt when i click on an attack... anyone know about this problem? o.O

Change the stat in your account MP/HP/SP/XP/lvl and also skills

SREmu IS FULLL FOR iSRO ... SREmu don't work with cSRO , kSRO or other versions !!! and if you get a error ... go to SREmu HomePage

too bad, i cant edit my hosts file in vista ultimate x64

I have to login?... is that correct.. I think I do it badly wrong

hmm I'm in, with tthe GM account, but I don't see the map,.. And very much of the time I get an ???? error ( I do this with iSRO )

edit2: Man that shit is buggy as hell,.. But i see town now..etc. but the hell it's buggy

lol cuz its still in the works the official 1 might not be released to the public its taking a lot of coding to get it to a a funtional server with monster ai and npc AI

well i think all with a dual core processor have this prob.... (i think we figured out that this causes this problem)
but u cant remove the prob with "eleminating" 1 core for csro
i think someone posted a solution but it didnt work for me so you got to live with it maybe
i get this error max every 2 hours so i can cope with it

He dont have dual core i know that

yup thats a common error for most ppl I get it too so I gave up on it, since there is no solution to it; I just blame vista lol. some ppl were saying it fixed that problem if u set the .exe file to run in windows xp; however this also did not work for me it starts but it disappears and the client keeps ruining in in the task manager
