3. Download this Chinese media file and extract into your silkroad file http://rapidshare.com/files/110380600/Chinese_Media.rar.html
4. Log on and create a character first using the Chinese media file
-You can only create a character with Chinese characters or numbers (you can use Microsoft Applocal to create using letters (use google to find a guide))
