All csro data execpt Secret anser / question

Hi guys, well I have a little big problem... .
As you can see in the title I have all csro data except SQ / SA. Is there any way to get those information back?
It really sucks that I can't change my email otherwise >.>.

go to this page > http://passport.srocn.com/a_ch_getpwd.asp type there your id and the verification code. click on the left button. on the next page there's a hint of your secret question.
