Regarding Lags and DCs after last update in to 1.150 version

After last update in to 1.150 version all players has problem with lag and DCs.

Joymax did one update in cSRO clients and CIMO send this update to us.
After this update all players has lag and DCs.

Unofficial answer from technical support of CIMO is the follow:

"joymax has change something without told us.."
"there should have a new update few weeks later"
"1or2 weeks"

I said to him that is to late after few weeks...
"。。。but joymax just give it to us that day..."

*And he mean the new update.

"you should know that joymax make the program and we can only did is update"
"we can't change anything..."
"the all things is decide by joymax..."

This problem is for all players?

"is for all ppl"

*All these are from my discussion with the boss of technical support of CIMO and has copied from my messenger

As you can understand we have to wait until Joymax give to CIMO new update.

Because we got the answer, all topics/posts are about this problem gonna locked.

Did this update only applied to div1 server or what?
Cuz i'm playing on div2 too and i have not feelt any lag nor got any dc all day everyday. This cant be from that update. Doesnt make sense.
So what is going on really?

This is the reason.
Both Divisions are not same internet company, so maybe for you works fine on div2 as i dont have problem to play on div1, others cant play on div1 and can play on div2 as you.

I have experienced this aswell it is very difficult to level up. Infact, I have went down almost 10% and I am using a gold 4 weeks ticket. GRA would you ask CIMO if they will compensate for this because I, and several others are loosing alot of time on our tickets, and since we can't really play without loosing what we gain in exp.

They cant do anything, it is wrong coding by Joymax as i said in first post here, they wait Joymax to send them new update.

That program just analyzes and traces packet's from hosted servers.
From what i saw(went through the guide fast, gamers guide) it will not resolve the problems we have with dc and lags since its wrong codings made from JoyAss, but only help you to choose which server is most likely less laggy and with minimal packets loss.
But nice program though, it could be useful for other purpose.

So it seems that joymax didnt do their job properly. Which doesnt surprise me -.-

char just finished by Ken and wanna play it :O!
the lag seemed to start after i started using skills xD
i could stand up and sit in the beginning without probs for 15 min,
i used skills for less than 5 min and stuck + dead

I noticed that some of them have differences. Made some test's and saw that packets loss varies from 10-30%.

CIMO still dont know when Joymax send to them the new update, the lag problem is not only for us but for Chinese players too.
CIMO reported this problem from the first min when this happen, now Joymax has to send to them new update to fix this problem.

with the new update lags and dc's disappeared for me =) i can play without any problems

No it didnt fix, well maybe a little reduce of lag, but still monster lags.
Its interesting, they seem not to know exactly what their problem is.
