Problems: Lags & DC's? Solution: Proxyfier!

Hey guys,

I heared from many guys that you got lag and dc problems. I think i can help some of you
All you need, you will find in this Post.

1. Click here and download the file.

2. unzip the file, this is the password www.priv-metin2.pl

3. Install Proxyfier.

4.Open the Programm

5. Now go to "Option" then "Proxysetting"




6. after that click on "Add"

7. Click here and look at the second or third site. There you will find a few Chinese proxys.

8. Copy one of them and paste them in Proxyfier. Don't forget to CHECK HTTPS



9. now you only need to click on "Check" and look if it works.

10. The test finished and your proxy is ready to work. Click OK and you only need to run silkroad.exe and enjoy the game : )

Anyways I will be good for all of us if u configure something more

1. enter proxification rules
   
2. unmark loopback rule or just delete it
   
3. click ADD
   
4. in applications area click ADD
   
5. search for sro_client.exe and confirm
   
6. click OK and as u can see , u just added a new rule
   
7. mark "Process Only the following manually proxified"
   
8. thats all, now connection through proxy server is set Only for Silkroad.

EDIT: Woho it fucking works xD i was able to play 1 hour without any fucking lag or dc !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did i ever posted anything what dont worked?

btw the ping wich i choose (pic 2) is working for a few weeks also the other 3 are working for long time... atm i run 2 or 3 chars and for every windows account i have to open proxyfier one time and everytime i have to choose another ping. all of them are working atm.

@GRAnemoS yes it is working. He is just happy and enjoy a lag/dc free playing, haha.

ok after some testing i have to say it doesnt work :'(
it does give more time to play but it does not prevent us from getting lag/dc, it just increases the time before a dc with maybe 20 minutes.
so we will just have to wait till the damn company fixes the damn servers.
sorry to tell the bad news.

edit: it might also be just a bad proxy i picked. not too sure, just try and see for yourself.

look in the tut and choose the proxy i checked. i am using this one since some weeks and till now it works perfect!

i'll try it, not sure if we can all use the same proxy though, but ah its worth the try thanks

yes GRA for me its perfect working =) 4 hours without any dc and lag but than my antivirus program wanted to close sro =)

yup, it does work with a good proxy, excellent!

who can give me a proxy cause everything i took from the list doesn't work for me

use the one ticked in the picture thats what we are using and all is fine
