Problems: Lags & DC's? Solution: Proxyfier!

First topic message reminder :

Hey guys,

I heared from many guys that you got lag and dc problems. I think i can help some of you
All you need, you will find in this Post.

1. Click here and download the file.

2. unzip the file, this is the password www.priv-metin2.pl

3. Install Proxyfier.

4.Open the Programm

5. Now go to "Option" then "Proxysetting"




6. after that click on "Add"

7. Click here and look at the second or third site. There you will find a few Chinese proxys.

8. Copy one of them and paste them in Proxyfier. Don't forget to CHECK HTTPS



9. now you only need to click on "Check" and look if it works.

10. The test finished and your proxy is ready to work. Click OK and you only need to run silkroad.exe and enjoy the game : )

Anyways I will be good for all of us if u configure something more

1. enter proxification rules
   
2. unmark loopback rule or just delete it
   
3. click ADD
   
4. in applications area click ADD
   
5. search for sro_client.exe and confirm
   
6. click OK and as u can see , u just added a new rule
   
7. mark "Process Only the following manually proxified"
   
8. thats all, now connection through proxy server is set Only for Silkroad.

I found few problems with this program, altough it may just be my found proxies (altough i also use the one Mihawk used). But this evening it kind of screwed me, cause when i ticket the proxy to use, it just didnt make the start button come, without the tick the start button came. Also i have some kind of chinese error with it (happened multiple times) And eventually a Lot of Dc's... (mostly 15 minutes after launch).
Is this just me or do others have this prob too?
Perhaps it's just my proxy?
Oh well, just wanted to let y all this know.

EDIT: New thing occured, it doesn't let my Start button come when i use proxifier, with any address approved. It also says: server is under expection (when i use proxy)

yes i have the the same problem when i get dc after that i get this message some times but than it works normal again

i dont know what you guys do... for me it works PERFECT! i never had any of your problems with this prog...

i still think that if too many users use the same proxy it will get a decrease in performance. so it might be the case that you temporarily have lover advantage of using the same proxy. however, im not a specialist on side of proxys so i dont know. we need a list of good proxys hehe (hard to find though)

why hard to find?
just look here at second or thierd page for chinese proxys...

finding aint the problem,
but on other proxies i don't get the start button.
though, ill look again

Proxy server that I have been useing a while... does work properly now, at the recent fw I had dc often -.-. its so bad that u have posted this guide

One more thing, dont post here adresses of a fine working proxy server anymore please ! Let every1 search for themselves.

why is it bad? so you cant play for 100%?

thanks for the guide though but i already only use proxy for SRO... if you try to load other programs with it while playing sro you'll get dc anyways

Normaly proxyfier works for 127.0.0.1 but as Metk wrote you can also take only sro_client.exe so the proxy only work for silkroad.
Metk i had the same problems at fw ^^ to much ppl using the same proxy. So i went to the site and found anotherone wich works very good. After that no problems.

none of them seem to work for me hawk.. can you PM me the one you use... i want to try it.. maybe I'll needed my own for canada!

Those who have bad experience with those proxy server Mihawk has, try this one
Its a game proxy so it should work just fine, as it does for me..i have been playing for hours now and i got no dc or lags its sweet
Dont forget to set proxification rule as Metk showed!

It seems that they took away the game proxy as i checked.
Oh well, time to search for a new one..

EDIT* you know free proxy server are not stable and will always fail to provide that good connection we need to not get delays/lags or dc
so i recommend paying for a proxy instead if you got the money.
Here is one program called PingFu Iris which i really really recommend and its not expensive, just 5$/month

There is a 3 days trial, you can try it out and see for your self. I have been using it since today, and i can tell you thats its going very smooth and fast. And im for sure going to buy that package for 3 months after the trial use

Follow these 2 pics and it should work then



After you have done that you launch silkroad like you normally do, from desktop if u have it there. And ur ready to go and play

There is no free crack available for this, you must pay if you want it.
But its worth it to pay for it, its not expensive and they accept paypal.

guys, i got problem with silkroad guard, it turns off my proxifier... maybe any1 know any sollution for this problem?
