i think you dont know what paypal is...
here a explanation

You set up an account using either your bank information, or a bank issued "credit" card, or a real credit card.
If you want to buy something online that accepts paypal, you submit
your purchase through paypal, who then takes your money and gives it to
the person or business that you are sending it to. There are fees, but
only for the receiver of money I believe, much like Ebay takes a fee
from the amount of the winning bid(s).

Iti trebuie un card care sa accepte plati pe net...te inregistrezi pe paypal..iti verifici contul...si o sa iti trimita ai un cod la banca de unde ai cardul..te duci la banca ceri extras de cont si o sa gasesti acolo de la paypal codul..il bagi pe site la ei si o sa iti activeze contul...si sa cumperi ceva de pe net..trebuie sa ai bani pe card si modul de plata sa suporte paypal....iti bagi contul si parola si day "send payment"...cam asta e;)
