hello .. i dont know if i post in right topic .. but i want to ask something ... After i make exp in vip 150mil . he stuck ( that's right) and my question is . Can i leave him open or i need to close him ? and open again when he will be active ?

what u git till now dont lose, so close or what ever u gonna do what XP/SP has inside will remain there.
If you got already in total for CN chars 1.1650.000 SP and for EU 1.150.000 SP than it will stop giving u more SP.
This is the max SP gain for chars.
